The Institute of Noise Control Engineering of the USA (INCE/USA) is a non-profit professional organization incorporated in Washington, DC. A primary purpose of the Institute is to promote engineering solutions to environmental noise problems. INCE/USA is a Member Society of the International Institute of Noise Control Engineering, an international consortium of organizations with interests in acoustics and noise control.



 

   American Academy for Water Resources -AAWR


The American Academy of Water Resources Engineers was founded in October 2004 by practicing water resources professionals who are members of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI). The Academy was started primarily to offer a voluntary, post-license credential that will provide professionals and practitioners an opportunity to gain further recognition in the field of water resources engineering. The Academy started the Diplomate, Specialty Certification program to give this opportunity to the professionals that are practicing in the broad field of water resources engineering.
